TMC Trailers are heavy transport engineers with over 70 years experience in the NZ market. Our Auckland workshop offers truck trailer repairs and servicing, we can undertake servicing and repairs on all makes and models of truck trailers, our experienced team will get you back on the road quickly with repairs completed to the highest standards.

All service and repair work is guaranteed to be of a high standard. Using our manufacturing experience, technical expertise and extensive parts inventory, we are able to significantly reduce both repairs and service time - essential for minimising  downtime.

Servicing

TMC are able to undertake a wide range of running gear servicing and repairs, we stock a wide range of OE equipment within our spare part stores. 

General repairs

We are able to undertake a complete range of repairs from chassis straightening to repairing cracks. With our own on-site engineers we are able to provide LT400 certificates for all repairs.

Refurbishment & Lengthening

TMC are able to modify your trailer to new HPMV regulations taking care of all necessary LTNZ paperwork, EBS Brake modifications, coding, SRT's, attributes sheets and help with the necessary permits, if required.

Sidelifter Servicing & Mobile Repairs

TMC Trailers is New Zealand's only authorised manufacturing and service & repairs partner for Steelbro Sidelifters, we have specialist staff who are solely dedicated to working on these units ensuring minimal downtime, additionally we can offer full refurbishments including line boring of the cranes. We stock the majority of the spare parts in our Christchurch Store and on-board our Mobile Repairs Trucks located in Auckland & Christchurch.
